4 Things You Need to Know About Our Interactive Customer Design Center

When you visit the Kenny’s Tile Retail Showroom, our goal is to help you with any home improvement project that you may be taking on. Part of doing this is educating homeowners about the best products for them and offering free designer services. We recently added another component, our Interactive Customer Design Center. Here is a little more about this new tool from one of our Kenny’s Tile designers.

What does the Interactive Customer Design Center do?

The Interactive Customer Design Center brings a project to life for homeowners. It allows for customers to look at design applications, installation pictures from our projects, and their own inspiration pictures on a large screen. This helps them envision their project.

Why did Kenny’s Tile add this component to our design center?

By adding this component to our design center, we hope to make it easier for customers to work with designers. With a database of project ideas and photos, it will be easier for them to view their dream project as a reality.

How does the Interactive Customer Design Center work to help customers?

The customers can wirelessly connect to the design center via Apple TV. From here, the designer and the client can browse images and determine how to accomplish the customer’s design goals.

For homeowners to get a jumpstart on the design process, what design apps do the Kenny’s designers recommend?

Houzz is an excellent app for gathering ideas because of the app’s ability to narrow down personal design taste. Another great application is the Sherwin Williams ColorSnap application. This is extremely helpful in choosing paint selection.
