How Kenny’s Tile Takes the Stall Out of Installations

January 31, 2014

Kenny's Installation PhotoRemodeling can be a wonderful experience or a pain in the behind depending on how smoothly the process goes. When communication and schedules flow smoothly, there is very little frustration or disappointment to deal with. It’s the unexpected delays, inaccurate sizes, incorrect materials, etc. that can drive you crazy. At Kenny’s Tile, we install carpet, tile, wood floors, countertops, tubs, showers, saunas, and more every day and we have it down to an art. Now, we can’t promise there will never be a mistake, because our installers are human and sometimes conditions arise that are beyond their control. But, with Kenny’s, you can expect things to go smoothly. Here are a few of the factors that contribute to our installation excellence:

Our Installers Are All Employees – No Subcontractors

At Kenny’s Tile, we don’t hire subcontractors to do our installation work. All of our installers are employees of Kenny’s Tile and we only hire the best. They are experienced professionals who know our processes and what is expected of them. When you know you’ve got qualified and reliable installers who can predict how the job will advance, there is very little confusion and few delays.

Good Communication Means Fewer Errors

Because our installers are Kenny’s Tile employees, there is always clear communication between departments. When materials are ordered, the installers know when to expect them, so they can plan their schedules with very few surprises. This internal communication system keeps all the departments in contact and helps us know where a shipment is and when it will arrive with a high degree of accuracy. For the customer, this means we rarely promise something that we’re not able to deliver. Whether you're installing countertops, flooring, or a bathtub, you can expect very few hiccups in the process.

No Headaches with Separate Companies

When separate companies are involved, it just opens the door for miscommunication and mistakes. If you have to order your countertops from one company who subcontracts the work out to another company, mistakes are much more likely to occur. At Kenny’s Tile, the same company you order from is the same company who measures the area, the same company who receives the material, the same company who inspects the material for accuracy and the same company who installs the material. With superior communication between departments, Kenny’s reduces the chances of mistakes and delays.

We have a streamlined process that we’ve worked all of the kinks out of years ago and it makes our jobs and your installations a lot easier. Count on Kenny’s Tile for a seamless remodeling process no matter what you’re installing in your home.
