So, once you decide on the style, then what? We know people don’t buy new carpet every day, and every company has their own way of doing things, so here’s a little rundown of how it works at Kenny’s Tile and what to expect when you buy carpet from us.
This is our typical two-week turnaround schedule:
- Select Style
- Schedule a Date to Measure
- Make a Deposit to Initiate the Order and Schedule the Installation
- Install (typically within two weeks of order)
- Pay Remainder
First, you select your style. The next step is measuring your room(s) to know how much carpet to order. We schedule a time to send a Kenny’s carpet professional to measure your home. Once the measurements are known, it’s time to place a deposit and order the carpet and get you on our installation schedule so we’re ready to get it in your home as soon as it arrives. Typically, ourcarpet installation happens within two weeks of ordering. Once the carpet is installed and you are completely happy with it, you pay us the remainder.
Another advantage you get with Kenny’s Tile is that our carpet experts pre-cut and pre-seam all carpet jobs in our carpet warehouse prior to installation. That way, we spend less time in your home, your installation goes faster, and the finished result is extremely professional. Our installation experts are all employees of Kenny's Tile. We do not subcontract our installation labor. Our professional carpet installers ensure high quality and superb craftsmanship.
