My wife and I did extensive remodeling in our home consisting of new carpet throughout, new tile floors in all bathrooms, a new tile shower in the master bath, a new vanity in one bathroom, new fixtures in the master bath and repair/refinish the kitchen floor and add wrought iron ballasters to the stairs. Rather than deal with multiple contractors for each type of work, I got a bid from Kenny's Tile to do everything. Mike Miller provided a detailed bid for all the work except the wood floor work. That was handled by Jim Fitzsimmons. Together, they gave me a bid that was extremely competitive. Mike Miller oversaw all phases of the bathroom work and the carpeting. His attention to detail and time frame was outstanding. His crews did outstanding work in a very timely manner and with as little disruption as I could expect. Mike coordinated plumbers, tile workers and carpet installers all to work in unison and get our project completed quickly. Jim Fitzsimmons also had his crew working quickly and with great care. All the work done by the Kenny's Tile people turned out great. Working with one person was a real plus for me. I would highly recommend Mike Miller and Jim Fitzsimmons to anyone looking for tile, carpet or wood floor work.

We waited years for granite and we are so glad we met Scott B. at the KC Home Show. The granite is beautiful and the fit is amazing. From sales to measuring and template fitting to layout and installation, everyone was a true professional. The process is seamless...the granite guys pulled out and the plumber arrived within ten minutes and he nailed the non-standard hook-up. I recommend Kenny's without reservation.

Thanks Kenny's for the great work. We had a shower floor which was improperly installed in our new house by another company, and Mike and his team went above and beyond to correct the problem, at no cost, as he is now handling our builder's properties. Many contractors would not have done this, and certainly would not have made it a priority. Mike made sure scheduling was planned and followed through. The new floor looks great, and the problem looks to be corrected. Mike and his team can definitely be trusted to do good work, and also to respect your property while in your home.

John and I could not be more pleased with the work that Kenny's has done on our new kitchen. Its my dream come true. Scott Burchett and his team were always on time from beginning to end. The guidance and patience they showed us in selecting and installing the granite and tile cannot be topped! Scott's team's craftmanship is highly professional. Jimmy Fitzsimmons and his team installed the most beautiful hardwood floors. We knew from beginning to end what the process was going to be. They were also always on time and very professional. They told us what our floors were going to look like and they were right on! They are extremely beautiful. Kenny's is extremely fortunate to have these talented people working for them. John and I would recommend Kenny's to anyone, and you can be sure we will call them when we need more hardwood installed. PS--they have also done the granite in our bathrooms.

I wanted to add a few words to the many testimonials already provided. I recently had wood floors installed in the master bedroom, master closet, stairs leading to the second floor, and the second story landing. I love them! Kenny's Tile did an outstanding job of matching the new wood flooring to the existing wood floors. As a repeat customer, I knew the quality of workmanship and again, Kenny's Tile did not let me down. Eight years ago, Scott Burchett helped our builder install granite in our kitchen. They have resealed our granite every few years free of charge! When we decided to upgrade our sinks and bar to granite, Scott's expertise and attention to detail made the process so easy. He began by measuring, met us to pick out slabs, organized the templating and installation -then arranged custom woodworking, grouting, and corbels to make our bar awesome! Few companies have the diversity to attend to so many additional details. Thanks, Scott it has been a pleasure to work with you!

Dear Scott,

We can't begin to express to you how grateful we are for your willingness to participate in helping us to make such a huge difference in the lives of Tom and Pam Roberts. As you remember, Tom was injured in a motorcycle accident earlier this fall and returned home on Friday, December 10 to a home that had been redesigned and retrofitted to accommodate his specific needs. Your generosity played a huge role in that effort and its successful completion.

Endeavors like this couldn't even be considered were it not for people like you. Even in these really tough economic circumstances, it's not difficult to find the faith to come together for a common cause to help out someone who is less fortunate. We are the ones who are truly blessed because it is we who are able to step up to the table in other people's time of need. We should all be so fortunate to have the same guardian angels ourselves should our circumstances change.

Dear Kenny's Tile:

A few weeks ago we had two of your employees, Noe Caldron and Jose Qusada, install wood stair steps in our home. Your sales rep, Jimmy Fitzsimmons, gave us an estimate and explained the whole process of putting in new wood steps. He explained what we could expect as far as time, dust, noise, etc. We were very comfortable with Jimmy and felt he was honest with his explanations.

When the workers arrived they were very friendly and tried to keep our home clean as much as they could. They covered the walls, etc. They had the best work ethics and were very polite. They worked very hard every minute they were here, only taking a few minutes for lunch. They answered my many questions and were very proud of their work. That means a lot! Very seldom do you get two young men who try to do everything right and perfect and we very much appreciate it!

We are very satisfied with our steps and have been showing them off to our friends and neighbors. Thank you for Jimmy and thank you for sending your best!

This letter is to inform you of the exemplary service we received from mark Perschau on one of our recent jobs. The job was a very large, 5500 sq. ft. basement remodel. Mark was involved from the bid process to completion. We were very impressed by the professional manner in which he handled every aspect of the job. Tile setters and carpet layers were on the job when promised and finished in a timely manner. We are a Design-Build company, therefore the bid we receive from our suppliers and subs must be accurate and binding. Mark was aware of this and resolved any issues that came about as a result. He visited the job site frequently when tile was being set to make sure the job was progressing smoothly.
